Why do we become stuck here?

What has brought you to this place now? Who are you in this place currently? What will it take to truly overcome, override, and be released from this energetic terrain, vortex, and spiritual dimension? What are the critical things to know and to look out for here? What I’ve experienced is that there are breaking points that break us, and they are breaking points that make us. There have been times when my soul felt the weight of situational suppression so strong and whole-bodily that I began to have [daily] breathing difficulties, body aches, and loss of focus and life force. What was energetic began creating physical reactions in my body; it became somatic. I remember moving slower too. Just weighed down. But praise be for a breakthrough!! This tender place is full of breaking-point POWER.

The Breaking Point

  • Soul trials show up in many ways. When it’s too much, the trials and breakdowns can show up as spiritual warfare, imbalance of energy, imbalances and breakdowns within relationships, health decline, energetic depletion, burnout, and feeling lost in life with no grounding or support, loneliness, blockages, financial struggle or stress, survival mode, unfulfillment, pattern breakdowns, things begin to dry up.

  • The breaking point travels to reach its destination.

  • Soul trials and soul pressure first begin on a soul level, then expands to a mental level, alerting the mind, then it moves into the body, alerting it. Our body, at this point, is on high alert. This is when and where physical pain can manifest and set in.

  • The pain may move around the body and your life at different times, places, and ways. Recognizing its disguise and how it shifts and morphs.

  • We can absorb to the point of a breaking point.

  • Are you being flexible? Sacred flexibility allows you to turn the breaking point into a breakthrough so that it doesn’t totally consume you.

  • When the weight and pressure are too heavy and it feels like you’re dragging and stumbling around

  • Situational suppression

  • Sometimes you can be at a breaking point, and you don’t want things to break; you fight for things to remain the same – even if they are not for your good – you’d rather settle for broken or misalignment. This is usually when there is fear also present, or some new experience simultaneously happening. Fear and vulnerability, in this light, are suppressing factors – situational suppression.

  • The breaking point ultimately enters and takes over to restructure your life. It has a higher purpose that is attached to a higher good.

THE SHIFT

  • This is when you realize that things are not working against you but for your higher good.

  • You enter a turning point.

  • There is a break in the storm, the tides, the waves, the pain, the suffering, the energy – the pressure; it is breaking.

  • Extreme tension also creates the dynamic for a great release. Think of bow and arrow. The shift is setting you free to rise and soar high and farther.

  • What breaks you – frees you over time.

  • The shift offers new perspectives, new insights, new outcomes, new energy.

Rules of Engagement

Let’s explore our dynamic well-being.

Next to each part of us listed here below are some of the functions and divine actions it governs vibrationally and energetically.

Mind: Letting go, tuning in, receiving, self-discipline, transforms us

Body: Releasing, processing, carries out divine instructions

Soul: Surrendering, awakening, growth, feeling, sensing, expressing

Energy: Cleansing, receiving, transmitting, recharging, and amplifying us

Spirit: Initiating, empowering us, nurturing us, and receiving, connecting to, and sustaining higher frequencies and dimensions

Passion: Guiding, energizing, and moving us forward

MIND

  • Let go

  • Spiraling out and drawing your power back

  • Remembering who you are activates the light codes within you. It’s how you take your power back.

  • Protect your field. EX: Limit access to you, boundary work, clear space and clutter, clean your home, deep clean your body w/salt scrubbing to release physically trapped layers.

  • Why the break a positive thing

  • It gets the worst right before the break, and then your new timeline begins to stabilize—storm behavior.

  • Begin the work of rewiring your subconscious mind to make better decisions—new neural pathways. New pathways rewire and retrain your brain, so you begin to think and respond differently and newly. Mental triggers burn off here. This is alchemy. You are transforming now.

  • Take it one step at a time.

  • An ongoing need to respond and adapt. Change your focus as necessary

  • Grow through it. Look for growth opportunities to drive change daily.

  • Inner understanding. Inner-stand the issues at hand. Equip yourself with techniques to support regulation, change, and transformation. Retool as necessary. It’s about coming out of the storm with new skills. Leveling up and expanding. Journey in grace and expanded action.

  • Survive and outlast the breaking point. Expand, don’t contract.

  • Let go to release tension.

  • Tune into higher-frequency waves through your embodiment and posture. You are an antenna — receive greater clarity, insights, and vision.

  • Break-through will be the result.

  • Take action with downloads, guidance, and inspirations to create greater force and kinetic energy.

  • Go through it without your self-worth eroding. Low self-worth, stress, and repressed emotions are like an infection that spreads.

  • Begin to put chaos in check.

  • Life cannot be controlled by your emotions.

  • “The fruit of everything good in life begins with a challenge.”

BODY

  • Release

  • The body feels what the mind doesn’t heal.

  • Don’t judge the pain. Recognize it as a stress response. Acknowledge that the pain is due to stress and pressure and that it has a purpose; it’s protecting you from emotional distress. The more you get angry or dysregulated, the worse the pain becomes and the wider it spirals into your body and life.

  • When you come home to the pain to take care of it and let it know it’s ok to release it, you take away its need for existence.

SOUL

  • Surrender

  • No longer resisting what is, or being in denial, you surrender. Soul clarity emerges here.

  • Do the soul work when life gets challenging.

  • Where is your soul tired or hurting?

  • Bring in more soul light. Initiate practice and sacred space to usher in higher soul energy

  • Remember who you are

  • Learning to live in stillness and soul growth

  • Embrace suffering and take care of it

  • Clearing past karma by passing tests

  • Soul journey reverence

ENERGY

  • Cleanse, recharge, and amplify

  • Disarm and decompress daily

  • Bring in energy and greater force.

  • Embody higher awareness so you can transmute the energy

  • Take action with spiritual downloads and inspirations to create force and kinetic energy that supports soul growth, mental elevation, and overall transformation and empowerment.

  • Call in higher frequencies to cleanse, purge, empower, protect, and amplify the field within and around you.

SPIRIT

  • Initiate and sustain higher frequencies

  • Fix your thoughts on The Most High

Practice Calling Yourself Back Home:

  • Say your name aloud a few times, asking yourself to come back home and ground into your body.

  • “Bless your heart; you’re hurting.”

  • Loving Body Scan: Caress your body with affection, holding the intention of bringing in higher awareness, power, vitality, peace, and energy back to your body. Do a restoring whole body scan when time allows, or go by pain point as needed.
