High Vibrational Foods & Eating 101

We'll explore how food is medicine and how food is vibrational. We'll discuss ancient and sacred wisdom and practices regarding food and the modern science and research that supports them.

We’ll also examine the power of intentional cooking and eating and how our mindset when preparing and eating can impact our food.

This class is about empowering you to nourish and fuel your body, energy, and mind through the powerful medium of food.

Food carries either a high vibration or a low vibration

What vibration are you eating?

THERE ARE ONLY TWO TYPES OF FOODS

1. Food that supports you

2. Food that does not support you

Foods that support you allow you to grow deeper and fuller on your journey and to vibrate higher while doing it. These nourishing foods serve as catalysts, propelling you towards your highest potential and elevating and nourishing every aspect of your being. They provide a harmonious blend of nutrients that fuel your body, mind, and energy, igniting a radiant vitality within you. By consuming these high-vibration foods, you create a symphony of wellness, where each nutrient plays a vital role in restoring balance and promoting health and healing.

On the other hand, foods that don't support you can restrict your health, stifle your growth, deplete you, trigger the body, mind, and hormones into imbalance and stress, and lower your vibration on all levels. Lower vibrational foods act as stumbling blocks on the path to your higher self, dampening your energy and clouding your clarity. Vibration-depleting foods drain your vitality and can leave you feeling unfulfilled and disconnected from the world around you. Instead of nourishing your body, energy, and mind, they promote an imbalance within, sowing the seeds of disharmony and inhibiting your ability to reach your full potential.

It is important to recognize the profound impact that food has on our well-being, energy, and vibration. High-vibration eating offers an informed and empowering approach to nourishment, allowing you to consciously choose foods that support your growth and elevate your vibration. By mindfully selecting ingredients, you can create and experience a culinary masterpiece that not only satisfies your taste buds but also nurtures your body and soul. This mindful medium of food becomes a powerful tool in your journey towards high-vibrational living and embodiment.

Embracing high-vibration eating means embracing the ability to thrive from within with the divine assistance of Mother Earth. It means harnessing the transformative power of food to expand your mind, health, vibration, and overall well-being. By aligning your nutritional choices with your desire to vibrate at a higher frequency, you can bring about a renewed sense and timeline of being.

Food and The Mind

With high-vibrational foods and nutrition, each bite becomes an opportunity to nourish your mind as much as heal and uplift your body and spirit. This creates a ripple effect of positive energy that extends beyond the bounds of the plate.

Higher vibrational food was my gateway into healing and this path I am now on. Choose foods that support you, nurture you, and allow you to vibrate higher in every aspect of your life.

As I mentioned in my book, Vibrate Higher Daily Live Your Power, food carries either a high vibration or a low vibration. The profound and fascinating work at UCLA by Dr. Valerie Hunt is chronicled in my book.

Intentional cooking, eating, and Mindset

Did you know that our energy and consciousness while cooking and eating have a profound impact on the quality and nourishment of our food? It's truly remarkable how our intentions and vibrations can be transferred to the meals we consume. This phenomenon also applies to those who are responsible for preparing our food. By understanding the significance of energy and vibration, we become aware of the importance of how our meals are prepared. When we infuse our nutritional creations with love, blessings, healing intentions, and positive vibrations, we’re not only nourishing our bodies but also feeding our souls.

It's a beautiful practice to approach meal preparation with mindfulness and prayerful intentions.

Prayerfully, anyone involved in the process of preparing your meals will also contribute to the high vibrational energy of your food.

Effects on The Body

Vibration directly affects the body's biological processes, and therefore your quality of life. Healthy and high vibrations help maintain the internal energy of the body and its ability to self-regulate.

Research has discovered that the body heals and repairs itself when it's vibrating at a certain rate and frequency. Early on, Royal Raymond Rife claimed in the 1930s that diseased cells vibrate and heal at certain frequencies. The late pioneer Dr. Valerie Hunt, professor emeritus of physiological science at UCLA, extensively studied human energy fields…

Dr. Hunt performed many experiments on human energy fields and vibrations in food. For instance, in a video from 1986, she showed how a person eating junk food radiated a "dull and small" energy because the foods being eaten were "lifeless," "inert," and "dead" in vibration. Another person was filmed eating whole foods such as fruits, vegetables, grains, and seeds, and that person radiated an "enlivened" vibration because of the higher electromagnetic energies received from the food.

Would you love to vibrate higher and not feel ‘dull’? Eat healthy foods. A sign at the natural market where I shop stated that (wait for it) only 9 percent of adults eat their daily fruits and vegetables. Nine percent! We have to do better, people! Start seeing healthy foods as vibrational energy with superpowers. Because that's what they are.

High Vibrational Food List + Tips

The vibrational energy of what you eat is essential to your wellness and ability to thrive: mind, body, spirit, heart, and soul.

*SUPPORT AND BUY FROM COMPANIES WHO HAVE INTEGRITY AND WHO CARE

WATER

Spring, Alkaline, and Ionized water are best. Mineral drops can be added to drinking water to enhance absorption and increase mineral and electrolyte content. Destilled water can use in conjunction with plant medicine as it won’t imapct or deplete the medicine.

Sparkling water is great in between hydrating for a treat. Make homemade soda by adding stevia to taste and fresh-squeezed fruit juice like lemon, lime, strawberry, pineapple, and so on, or yummy herbs or spices such as peppermint, ginger, lavendar, cinnamon, cardamon, cayenne, and so on, and you have yummy natural soda. Explore and have fun.

Sparkling water is also great with herbal tonics. Add the recommended or desired amount of herbal tincture to a glass of either 2 to 4 ounces of sparking water. While this is a standard dose, see your product’s directions for exact or recommended amounts.

GREENS

All, except iceberg, which has no nutritional value. The darker the better and more energy-giving.

FRESH ORGANIC, NATURAL, IN-SEASON FRUITS + VEGETABLES

Fresh is best, then frozen which is frozen in-seaon. All organic and natural fresh fruits and vegetables are in season. Seeded over seedless is best. Seeded fruits carry more electricity into the body.

NUTS + SEEDS

Raw |Sprouted |or Activated, when possible, is best.

  • Raw nuts and seeds have not been cooked in any way.

  • Soaking nuts breaks down phytic acid, aiding in digestion.

  • Sprouting takes it a step further by breaking down inhibitors in nuts and seeds to release vital stored nutrients.

  • Activated nuts and seeds are an ancient tradition which means they’ve sprouted by soaking in salt water for some time and then dried in the sun or by other proper drying methods to make them more digestible.

  • Sprouting note: Not all nuts and seeds are sproutable. To get the best digestive support and nutritional value, soak raw nuts in warm salt water for 3-8 hours in a covered glass or stainless bowl and then properly dry.

  • Raw and sprouted nuts and seeds are readily available in stores, online, and, most importantly, at local farms and farmer’s markets.

HERBS

Organic and dry or fresh is best. Use as seasonings, toppings, spices, and medicinally.

ORGANIC SPICES & HIMALAYAN SALT

Explore various spices from around the world.

Himalayan pink salt is more than a seasoning, it promotes healthy digestion, circulation, hydration, pH balance in your cells and brain cells, and aging. It contains 84 different minerals and trace elements. Too many wonderful benefits to name here. Research it!!

In the correct amount, Himalayan pink salt is energizing and adds essential minerals to drinking water. Mineral drops can do the same thing for drinking water, as mentioned above.

HERBAL TEA

Caffeine-free is best if you are balancing out hormones like estrogen. Use caffeine-free to clear brain fog, nervousness, and scattered energy. Caffeine is a food stimulant, like processed sugars, which disrupts mental and hormonal balance.

WHOLE GRAINS

Spelt, Millet, Buckwheat, Teff, Amaranth, Black Rice, Wild Rice, Brown Rice.

Sprouted grains are best as they aid in digestion and nutrient absorption.

White, enriched, bleached, and processed grains are the lowest vibrational.

OILS

Virgin Avocado Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil

FERMENTED FOODS

Full of probiotics and great for gut and mind health. Enjoy as yogurt, kefir, kimchi, sour kraut, pickled foods, and fermented breads.

NATURAL SWEETENERS

Stevia (zero on the glycemic index), Dark Maple Syrup (formerly called grade b), Monk Fruit, Local Raw Honey.

ADAPTOGENS

These are superfoods that medicinally help the mind and body to adapt, heal, thrive, reduce stress, vibrate higher, boost immune health, experience mental and emotional clarity, agility, and balance, and help them to harmonize with their environment and thrive in their work.

Farmer's Markets & Locally Grown Foods

Locally grown organic foods carry a higher vibration, as they have not had to travel over long distances to reach your local market shelves and table. They hold more life force and produce fewer allergies. But, if this is not accessible, buy natural, organic, and non-GMO, as they are higher vibrational than conventionally grown foods.

Dirty Dozen & Clean Fifteen

Research these lists. These are the foods that are safest to eat non-organic and best to eat organic.

Digestive System

Use probiotics and digestive enzymes.

Chew slowly. Good digestion begins in the mouth, with how mindfully you chew. Also, when possible, eat device and television-free for a more mindful and less distracting experience.

Also, stay mindful that energy transfers into food, including energy in what you watch, listen to, and talk about while eating or drinking. It’s all part of the digestion process.

Herbs for digestive health, such as eppermint, ginger, mint, turmeric, cardamom, fennel, cayenne, lemon juice, pineapple, lavender, and rose, are great to aid digestion.

Fresh papaya fruit and also papaya enzymes work digestive wonders too.

Stay hydrated to ensure proper flushing of digested foods.

Try to avoid eating and drinking at the same time, as this is disruptive to digestion. 20-minutes before or after is a good rule of thumb.

Go on a parasite cleanse twice a year to reset the mind and whole body and to free them from energy-hijacking parasites.

Detox at least twice a year to reset the body, energy, and mind. Take a liver and kidney cleanse to reset the body’s pathways.

Mindset & Vibration

Eat slow, chew slow, cook slow.

Good vibes while eating and cooking. Energy transfers into food.

Be present while eating.

Thoughts are food!

Energy is food!

Stay mindful.
