Welcome to another insightful session at Vibrate Higher Daily. In this video, we delve into the realm of journey fatigue, a phenomenon that touches us all at some point or another. Despite its universal nature, it can manifest differently for each individual. In intense cases, it can linger and loop until we find the means to transmute it, in other words, vibrate it out of our bodies, minds, lives, and energy fields. At first glance, journey fatigue might appear as an obstacle and adversarial force working against our progress. However, through introspection and experience, I’ve discovered that it serves a greater purpose. It’s a divine invitation for us to slow down, pay attention within, divinely connect and align, restore, and honor our current process. With all we experience on our journey, fatigue can come from anywhere. We'll delve into this topic, sharing remedies and practices for combating and honoring journey fatigue.

Fatigue Is Not All Bad, there’s a Positive Side to It too

Mental or physical exertion, physical illness, stress, emotional pain, and the burdens of life can bring it on. Just as much, fatigue can be a result of investing our energy in passionate and positive endeavors as well. The first thing to realize when fatigue creeps in is that it’s ok. You are an electrical, spiritual, and vibrational being, meaning that you recharge and nourish through other energy sources and forces pouring into you.

Divinely, there are many things that hold light codes that guide and restore us. Mindfulness of when it’s time to connect, refill, and recharge is paramount.

Journey Fatigue: Divine Support and Guidance


Imagine, for a moment, the profound beauty of having a hand to hold when weariness threatens to overwhelm us. That is precisely what the Divine offers to those who seek solace in divine presence.

The Divine comes close to us when we’re fatigued and in need of a healing presence, showering us with divine grace. As we open ourselves to this sacred connection, we open the doorways of perception through which the Divine imparts divine wisdom to us. Moments of fatigue can become sacred portals and opportunities for transformation and even growth if we choose to tune in and align with the guidance that is available to us.


Through divine insight, our tired and foggy path becomes illuminated. The Divine lends us eyes to see, allowing us to notice choices and possibilities that we might have missed and were blind to before. Hidden blessings and opportunities rest within the folds of our fatigue, reminding us that even in weariness, abundance, and magnetism surround us. With this expansive perspective, we can navigate through fatigue, burnout, and low energy, confident that we’re always supported.


Divine instructions, like a lovingly curated roadmap, guide us along our path, gently nudging us in the right direction. When we allow ourselves to be guided, we tap into rivers and springs of wisdom beyond our own understanding. The Divine knows the way when we feel lost and stuck. When we surrender to this guidance, we find strength and resilience we never knew existed.


Guidance from the Divine is not imposed upon us. The Divine acknowledges our free will and invites us to choose whether to receive divine insight or not to receive it. The choice to tune in and open to divine guidance is an act of surrender and trust, affirming that we’re willing to embrace the support that is extended to us. Even when our own strength wanes, as we relinquish the burden of weariness into the hands of the Divine, we are nurtured and carried forward.


And in the moments when fatigue feels overpowering or overwhelming, take solace in the knowledge that the Divine is there, ready to wrap you in a loving divine embrace and offer insight, instructions, and guidance that will recharge you and illuminate your journey.

What it feels like:

  • Mind, body, and spirit drained/poured out. You feel you don't have enough fuel or capacity to move forward.

  • You may even experience a sense of being fragile and vulnerable.

  • The good news is that help is available.

  • Taking time to restore and align refills you and brings new strength.

The Symptoms:

  • Exhaustion: mind, body, spirit, creative-wise. Lack of joy or passion for life 

  • Unable to make sharp or good decisions

  • Brain fog

  • Scattered thinking

  • Moodiness/mood swings

  • Snappiness

  • Despondent/low spirits

  • Stuttering/slurring/speech difficulties

  • Not as proficient in your work

  • Feeling unfulfilled

  • Unable to do quality work or offer your best

  • Feeling stuck, blocked, and far behind

  • Not feeling like yourself


How To Journey Well

There is a way to journey well, through, and out.

Vibrational awareness is key. Begin to realize what’s happening. Next, begin combating burnout and fatigue as you feel it coming on so that you aren’t overtaken by it and so you can rebound in time.

Pause, rest, relax, chill looks like: 

  • Seek a remedy by disconnecting

  • Slowing down 

  • Pausing to rest and breathe fully

  • Restoring

Switch up the energy flow:

  • Do things that get the vital energies and vibrations flowing, move your body, go for a walk, practice restorative yoga, practice breath work, stretch, or clean your space. Moving, intentional, breathing, and a good cleaning session can be cathartic.

Practice absolute rest:

  • There have been times I’ve had to slow down and enter into absolute rest to reset, replenish, restore, and recharge. I sometimes put myself on bed rest for 3-days when the fatigue was that serious. I leave my phone and devices on one side of my home while I rest on the other. ‘Out of sight, out of mind’ is a form of rest. This is such a powerful way to restore. I recommend this to you if ever you are exhausted to the point of serious fatigue and burnout.  

Acceptance and surrender look like:. 

  • Letting go of over-controlling the situation

  • Leaving room to flow

  • Allowing yourself to enter into a different mode that is supportive and restorative

  • Enter the flow state

  • This is where miracles, healing, renewal, and inspiration happen

Connect to a higher realm and power, the divine realm:

  • Connect to The Divine and your guardian angels to renew your strength

Get out of your head:

  • Shift your focus somewhere else for a while to re-tune and reharmonize yourself and to get re-inspired.

Unburdening ourselves. The power of release:

  • In the pursuit of personal growth and inner harmony, it is essential to shed the burdens that hinder our progress. To expand on this transformative journey, one must consciously eliminate the weight we carry that no longer serves us, both physically and emotionally.

  • Just as weighty physical baggage impedes our physical mobility, carrying around emotional excess slows down our mental and spiritual journey. It’s imperative to strip away what is not serving us to move towards a lighter, freer existence. There is great wisdom in acknowledging that we may have accumulated excess energy or emotional baggage. This access energy and ‘baggage' can comprise unresolved emotions, limiting beliefs, toxic relationships, disappointments, stress, and self-imposed expectations that weigh us down. Breaking free from their clutches allows us to regain our equanimity and equilibrium and reclaim our true, authentic selves.

  • When we release what no longer serves us, we create space for rest, renewal, and growth. Shedding these burdens acts as a catalyst, nourishing our ability to recover and move efficiently on our path and higher timeline. By unburdening ourselves, we embrace the rejuvenating power of release, amplifying our potential to heal, transform, and evolve. We become weightless and untangled, moving with a newfound ease and grace.

  • While the process of letting go may initially appear daunting, it’s a worthwhile endeavor that brings immense liberation. Reflect upon what aspects of your life hinder your progress and peace and no longer nourish your soul or contribute to your highest good. Give yourself permission to release them, allowing the winds of change to vibrate away.

  • Consider the immense freedom that awaits as you become unburdened by the past and cast off what no longer serves you. Visualize yourself free from the unnecessary attachments that weigh your energy and spirit down.

Rest in all of these forms accelerates your progress.

What type of energy are restoring in? You can’t restore, heal, or thrive in the same environment that’s been draining you.


Practical Tools

  • Nutrition-Care: Eat like you want to survive and thrive. You can’t process and thrive fully when eating foods containing neurotoxins, stimulants, and hormone disrupters. These all wreak havoc on the mind and on the hormonal, immune, and nervous systems. Be mindful of any unhealthy cravings. Be aware of any rising food sensitivities or allergies, your body may be asking for you to avoid certain foods at the time (even some that you usually eat). Your body may also be asking for you to implement certain foods and herbs into your nutrition or more of a particular food or herb you already eat and work with.

  • Nervous-System Care:  Be sure to indulge your nervous system. Take baths to discharge built-up stress and dissolve mental heaviness. Try massage, reflexology, or acupuncture for the same purposes. Take your favorite adaptogens and caffeine-free herbal teas to fortify and thrive. Be mindful of disrupting chemicals. Go natural. Go green :) 

  • Vibrational Awareness: Be mindful and selective of who you share your process with, this avoids negative energy from people who are not supportive of your process or encouraged for you. This energetically protects your process. Avoid people with limited beliefs and thinking and who seek to project and transfer their limiting beliefs onto you.

  • Spiritual Care: Stay anchored, rooted, and fortified spiritually. Seek higher guidance. Make time to listen to connect, talk, align, and walk with the Divine daily.

  • Vibrational Care: Do more of what centers you, balances you, and supports you in vibrating higher.

  • Mind Care: Expand. Open up to the process, don’t contract or close off to in. Strengthen your mind through intentional methods. Be gentle with yourself. Be patient.

  • EMF Awareness and Protection: In today's technologically advanced world, it is crucial to remain mindful of the impact of electromagnetic frequencies (EMF) emitted by WIFI, cell phones, and other electronic devices. Not only can these frequencies affect us energetically and rest-wise, but they can also have adverse physical effects.

    • To safeguard ourselves from the potential depleting effects of EMFs, it’s essential to take proactive measures. One effective method is to utilize the mineral Shungite, known for its ability to lower EMF levels, among other wonderful things like grounding.

    • To create a protective barrier against excessive EMF exposure in my home and personal space, I keep a medium-sized stone on top of my WIFI router, one near each computer, and a stick-on Shungite on my cell phone and laptop.

    • In addition to Shungite, there are various other ways to minimize EMF levels. One such method is turning off our Wi-Fi router when not in use. This simple step can significantly reduce the constant emission of electromagnetic frequencies within our living space. Alternatively, we can consider ditching Wi-Fi altogether and adopting a traditional dial connection, which does not emit EMF.

    • To dive deeper into this topic, I encourage you to explore and conduct further research into this. Explore different strategies and techniques for maintaining lower EMF levels to ensure both psychological and physical well-being and rest in today's digital age.

  • Blue light protection is of utmost importance in today's digital age. With the increasing usage of electronic devices like smartphones, tablets, and laptops, we are exposed to high levels of blue light emitted from these screens. Blue light has been associated with disrupted sleep patterns and the suppression of melatonin production, which is crucial for a good night's rest. By implementing blue light protection measures such as using blue light filtering glasses, computer apps, and settings or applying screen protectors, we can minimize the negative impact on our sleep and overall well-being. Prioritizing blue light protection is essential for maintaining a healthy sleep routine and ensuring optimal rest. After sundown until sunrise, it’s best to switch your cell phone screen and computer screen to a warm tone to mimic the natural light cycle of the day. Blue light protection will help with this, or you can manually turn on the ‘night shift’ setting on your iPhone or another similar option on other mobile devices. For my computer and laptop, F.lux is a web plug-in that I use daily that automatically adapts my screen to the time of day for my location, making it warm at night and like sunlight during the day.

  • Battery Source: Spend time out in nature. Direct sunlight is widely referred to as one of the best restorers of mind, body, energy, and soul health. Have more sunlight therapy, as in sun exposure. Look deeper into this!! Try infrared saunas when being out in direct sunlight is not an option. 

  • Remember The Butterfly: Don’t give up because it’s hard. Keep the process’s goal in mind. You’re becoming new in various ways. Survive the process to thrive from it. Release what was and become who you are meant to be. Spread your wings and fly, divine butterfly!!
