Realizing, yes, my divine, true essence can do it!
How it Started / How It’s Going
Offering a glimpse into my journey.
On my self-realization, entrepreneur, and divine assignment journeys, I often felt like I was caught in the ebb and flow of external expectations, passion, internal doubt, and limiting beliefs. There were days when I would find myself asking: Am I, me, Lalah, truly capable of reaching the place where I envision and feel God is guiding me? How will I manifest and actualize the better life with new, higher timelines that I’ve dreamt about? Will I ever get from here to here? And how?
It wasn't until my subconscious mind reprogrammed and pivoted, thanks to the very same tools I share, teach and preach here at VHD School, that I came face to face with a profound truth: I wasn’t just capable; I was destined. This realization was like a gentle inner whisper to my soul that only grew louder, rising in intensifying and declaring to me, "Yes, my divine, true essence CAN DO IT! AND WILL!"
Self-determination entered the chat, and after all I had been through, it was time to take control of my own life fully and unapologetically.
Can you hear your inner voice growing louder, intensifying and declaring, "Yes, my divine, true essence CAN DO IT! AND WILL!"
Let’s take a moment to breathe that declaration in.
Take a deep inhale through your nose, holding for four seconds.
Exhale and slowly through your mouth, releasing the breath for four seconds.
Now, breathe normally for four more seconds.
Then repeat and declare: Yes, my divine, true essence CAN DO IT! AND WILL!

What is your 'divine, true essence'?
It’s the original self, who you were before incarnating onto this planet. Your divine essence is protected and remains unharmed by anything your physical or energetic self experiences. It stands tall and resilient beyond all earthly challenges.
What is the ‘conduit within’ you?
The conduit within is what your divine, true essence uses to express and transmit the divine energy, assignment, and wisdom imparted to you as you evolve. It is the channel for serving the world with your unique gifts, as intended when you incarnated here.
Embracing The Work of ‘Allowing’ to Liberate Me As A Conduit
On this journey, I realized my real work was deep self-awareness, self-observation, and witnessing my own habits and growth. It became essential work to notice how I responded to opportunities, experiences, and challenges. This work of liberation paved the path for me to align with and live my most authentic life yet.
In moments of clarity, often through journal entries filled at 4 AM and conversations with like-minded spirits, I came to understand that liberation for me meant getting out of my own way and surrendering to the assignment of being a conduit by taking magnetic, aligned action. This meant stepping into the light and allowing myself to be seen, putting myself out there, using my voice, and sharing my work, insights, and gifts in service to higher, divine purpose. And, if fear shows up, feeling the fear and doing it anyway is a part of the divine assignment!
To be seen is to be liberated.
Being seen is no longer a fear of mine but a therapeutic embodiment practice. Each courageous step is like a dose of liberation medicine, sometimes challenging, yet always healing, freeing, cathartic, and transformative.
I no longer descend into paralyzing spells of stress or low self-worth when facing challenges or taking on opportunities. Instead, I embrace them with sacred reverence and honor. This shift into embracing a growth mindset and spirit has been life-changing, allowing me to vibrate higher, live in my power, and become a fully functioning conduit of divine energy and purpose.
Journeying with a growth mindset has set me free.
Each step forward strengthens our connection to our divine essence, empowering us to embrace our purpose with confidence and grace. Every lesson learned, and every step taken toward living our true, liberated selves is how we honor our divine life path as conduits, which in turn honors The Divine.

Energy Blockages As A Conduit
Don’t feel as potent, grounded, and powerful as you would like to or normally are?
Energetic blockages, such as unresolved trauma or limiting beliefs, can impede the flow of divine energy, making it difficult for conduits to feel empowered and take decisive actions.
Let’s go deeper…
Factors like stress, trauma, distorted emotions, grief, heartbreak, limiting beliefs, overwhelm, over-exertion, fatigue, mental exhaustion, physical ailments, tight muscles, prolonged periods of inactivity, and disconnection from the Divine and your spiritual life can all contribute to stopping the flow of energy in the body, often referred to as "energy blockages" in holistic practices. Energy blockages can happen essentially when the body is in a state of tension or is not properly managing its energy. Due to these factors, the natural flow can be disrupted.
By becoming aware of and addressing any energy blockages you may be experiencing and actively working to release them, you enable yourself to become a more empowered and effective conduit of divine energy. This paves the way for a smoother, unimpeded, and undistorted energy flow within you. This ongoing practice of energy hygiene, self-care, self-awareness, and reflection facilitates personal growth and empowers us to navigate life’s challenges with grace and resilience, aligning more closely with our true essence. Remember, nurturing your inner flow supports your journey and enriches those around you.
Getting Unblocked
On the divine life path of being a conduit for higher energy and purpose, we are inviting the flow of chi, the life force that nurtures and empowers us. This vital energy is like an electrical current, vibrant and freely flowing when our pathways are open.
Practices such as acupuncture, acupressure massage, somatic movement, grounding, spiritual practice, and working with nourishing healing foods and plant spirit medicine help maintain this flow, clearing blockages and renewing our inner radiance, strength, joy, creativity, mental and energetic well-being, and power.
On my own conduit care journey, these practices powerfully ground me, clear energetic blockages, and build the necessary brain circuitry to be functional and effective as a conduit. These vital practices connect me to my inner power. They amplify my chi/energy/life force and facilitate a divine flow that guides, restores, and aligns me with higher vibrations, insights, abilities, and well-being.
Each practice above offers an opportunity to reset, strengthen, and elevate, nourishing your spirit and deepening your connection to the divine within you, around me, and seeking to work through you.Understanding the vibrational aspects of my existence and what helps me thrive versus not thrive has been eye-opening. By aligning with energetics and magnetics that create a harmonious environment within me and around me, I’ve been able to elevate my personal frequency, expand in courage, overcome fear, and attract expansion, growth, and positive experiences and connections into my life. This is night and day from how I used to live when I wasn’t in my power and didn’t realize or remember my full potential, authentic self and essence, or higher purpose and divine life path.
